The standards our crew follows in every home and business, whether it's one backsplash or a whole floor.
Floors checked and leveled, cracks isolated, and old material taken down to a solid base before anything new goes in.
Showers get a continuous waterproof membrane and a floor sloped at least 1/4 inch per foot to the drain, as plumbing code requires.
Counters, cabinets, appliances, and nearby floors are covered, and work areas are closed off with plastic before demo starts.
We vacuum as we go, keep the work area contained, and leave the space clean at the end of every day.
Every job starts with a free visit and a written quote. If we find hidden damage under the old floor, we show you and price it before doing any extra work.
You know who's coming, when, and what's happening next, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
We accept cash, check, and Zelle.
Yes. We come to your home or business, measure, talk through materials and layout, and give you a written quote. There's no cost and no obligation.
Payment terms, including any deposit, are written into your quote, so you know exactly what's due and when before any work starts.
The quote is the price for the work it describes. Sometimes old flooring hides a cracked slab, a soft subfloor, or water damage. If that happens, we stop, show you, and give you a price before doing anything extra.
It depends on our schedule and your materials. We give you a start date with your quote, and we confirm the day before we arrive.
One room of LVP is usually the quickest job. A whole home of tile takes longer. Showers take longest, because waterproofing and setting materials need time to cure. Your quote includes a timeline for your specific project.
Special-order tile, hidden damage under old flooring, and cure times for leveler, mortar, and waterproofing. We tell you up front if any of these apply.
Usually not. We close off the work area, control dust, and keep a path open through your home. For a full shower rebuild you'll need another bathroom for a while.
Tile, LVP, engineered wood, and setting materials carry their manufacturer's warranty. Many of those warranties require professional installation that follows the manufacturer's instructions, which is how we install.
Ask us when we quote your project and we'll walk you through what's covered for your job.

Yes. Tile Max LLC holds Nevada contractor license #0088276, is bonded, and carries general liability insurance. You can verify the license on the Nevada State Contractors Board website.
In Nevada, a licensed contractor has passed state requirements, carries a bond, and answers to the State Contractors Board. That gives you protection an unlicensed installer can't.
